How to make a return
If you need to return an item purchased on Chriscerf.com for any reason, we're here to help. You have 14 days from the date of arrival of the goods at your home to return your purchase.
We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging
- Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, it is sufficient that you communicate your decision to the email address info@chriscerf.com indicating in the message the order number and the item / s purchased on our online shop. No motivation is required, but if you are happy to do so we will be happy to hear why you changed your mind. Once you have received our confirmation, it will be necessary to send the purchased goods to our office for a check on the integrity and conformity of the goods, and then proceed with the refund.

How to make an exchange
If you need to return an item purchased on Chriscerf.com for any reason, you have 14 days from the date the goods arrive at your home to exchange your purchase.
To request the exchange of goods it is necessary to send a request to info@chriscerf.com specifying the order number and describing your need. We will respond and contact you as soon as possible to check together which is the best alternative and confirm the change. At this point it will be necessary to send the goods to be exchanged to our office.

NB In both cases, the return shipment from the Customer to our office is entirely the responsibility of the Customer, who must take action to send the goods to the address that we will indicate in the confirmation email of acceptance of the return or exchange. Once the goods have been received, we will carry out a brief check on the integrity of the product, which if successful, will be followed by the sending of the requested exchange or by the credit in case of return. If, on the other hand, the verification is not successful (damaged, stained, torn, worn etc.) we reserve the right to withhold the amount spent.
